Time Based
Allow bookings 24 hours a day. To simplify the booking screen for staff, you can choose the first and last time to be shown, ie 8am - 6pm. For example, staff can book a room for a meeting by dragging from the start to end time for the room they wish to book. You can even book multiple rooms or resources at the same time.
Colour Coded Booking Grid
View a whole category of rooms all at once eg see the availability of all your meeting rooms. Bookings can appear in different colours for each staff member. Hovering over the booking shows all entered information including customisable booking notes, catering details and attendees.
Multiple Offices in Different Timezones
All rooms and resources are grouped into categories for easy access when making a booking eg "Meeting Rooms". If you have multiple offices, you can assign categories to each office. The Room Booking System even tracks the timezone so emailed calendar appointments are at the correct local time.
Invite Attendees
When adding a booking, you can invite attendees which are stored with the booking. Each attendee receives an email with a calendar appointment containing details of the booking. You can choose attendees from the list of staff on the Room Booking System or add anyone else by typing their name and email address.
Manage Catering
Let the Room Booking System email your catering order for any meeting room bookings. Different catering options can be added including quantity orders, yes/no questions and generic text fields. eg "How many tea/coffee? Would you like biscuits? Any other requirements?"
